With over a decade of experience in education and leadership, we are here to help businesses and educators achieve their goals and unlock their full potential. My journey began as an educator in Baltimore City, working in a Title I school for seven years. During this time, I honed my skills in moving data within my classroom and fostering student success through innovative and effective instructional strategies.

From there, I was promoted to an Educational Associate, where I coached on lesson planning, differentiation, and other strategies to enhance instruction and improve student outcomes. I currently serve as an Assistant Principal where I continue to lead efforts to move data and achieve school-wide success through effective planning, professional development, and strategic execution.

In addition to my educational expertise, we have extensive experience improving companies, including nonprofits and large organizations. We have crafted winning proposals, established subsidiary ventures within their operations, led and managed their education divisions, and turned ambitious ideas into actionable business plans with clear, strategic steps.
